Florida safe boating course and exam: At this site you can take the exam and get a lifetime safe boater ID card for the state of Florida. At Dolphin Marine Rentals we can administer an exam for a temporary (good for 12 months) safe boater ID card. Anyone between the ages of 14 (must be 18 or older to rent) and 21 must have a safe boater ID card to operate vessel with 10 HP or more in Florida.
